There are various options available to you! You can send your application to us through the Job opportunities section, or you can come to one of our stores in person and provide us your résumé, preferably directly to the manager on site. We have several open positions in various stores across the province.

Yes! Selection criteria vary from one position to the next. In the course of making hiring decisions, we don’t only consider completed studies, we also consider/evaluate other factors such as a positive attitude, the ability to work in a team, experience and so on.

Yes! We offer complete training for all work-related tasks, including how to use the cash register. The important thing is the willingness to learn.

Yes! There are always opportunities to grow within Couche-Tard. Each week, we send out the list of job openings to all our in-store employees so that they can apply for a position that matching their profile. Most of our market managers and operations directors started as customer service associates. Furthermore, several of our employees at the Service Centres started their careers in-store. Yes! We regularly welcome students for work placements in several of our departments. To submit your work term request, send the details related to your desired placement and your résumé to us at: candidature@couche-tard.com and specify “work term” in your email’s subject line.
