Assistant Manager
Do you like helping others and applying your experience to advise and to train your less-experienced co-workers? If so, the position of assistant manager is for you! You will not only be the manager’s right hand, but you will also serve as the key resource person for both customers and staff.

Your mission
You will assist the manager in properly administering the store’s daily activities (sales, marketing and human resources) and assume responsibility for the store in his or her absence (evenings and weekends).

To excel in this position, you must have the following qualities:

• Interest in the retail industry
• Management skills (financial, inventory, human resources)
